We’re eliminating fees on Roll Up Vehicles (RUVs) that startups use to close high-value angels. Startups now only pay state filing fees—typically under $1K.
Over 300 companies, including Pipe, Italic, Secureframe, and Arrows, have used RUVs to raise over $75M in capital from value-add operators, customers, and friends making small investments.
RUVs include everything startups need to close small investors in a single line on their cap table.
